Update: 4/1/2020 - Unfortunately not an April Fool's Joke
Conforming with the Governor's "stay at home" mandate extending through 4/30/2020 and the CDC's recommendation of eye care practitioners only performing urgent and emergent services, we will continue our extremely limited office hours through the end of April. God willing we will all emerge from this as soon as possible and OneVision will be able to continue to serve all of your eyecare needs starting in May.
As always, we are still available for urgent and emergent ocular needs. If you need medication refills, please call, text or email our office. Contact lens prescriptions will continue to be extended and can be ordered with a call, text or email, or can be ordered through our website by clicking here.

Dear OneVision Health & Wellness Family,
Due to the pandemic affecting us all, we have made the decision to reduce our services starting Monday, March 23, 2020. In conforming with the CDC recommendations, all non-urgent eye examinations should be postponed until after the Coronavirus has been contained. We hope to resume normal operation on Monday April 6, 2020, but realize this is a fluid situation.
What does this mean?
As always, our first priority is taking the best care of all of our patients. Dr. Cox and Dr. Cross are still available for urgent issues such as red eyes, sudden vision changes, injuries, sudden onset of flashes or floaters and any other urgent eye problems for both new and established patients. We will be available for in-office treatment of your urgency or emergency! We do not want you to go to the hospital or urgent care center if you have an eye problem due to the exposure you may receive, but also not to burden emergency centers with concerns we can handle more appropriately. Please contact us first for guidance. Emergencies are handled 24/7 by calling the office and following directions to contact Drs. Cross or Cox.
Although the physical office will be closed, there will be someone available to answer questions, place contact lens orders, schedule emergent & urgent patient visits, etc. from 10AM - 2PM Monday, Wednesday & Thursday. We recommend non-urgent questions be emailed. Urgent needs please call us at 724-941-3456. If there is no answer, leave a detailed message and we will contact you as soon as possible.
We are offering to extend contact lens prescriptions for three to six months for current patients, when necessary. If you are in need of contact lenses, email the office to place an order or order online. Online orders will be mailed directly while orders emailed or phoned in will be available for pickup at our office.
Pickup of contact lenses or glasses will be available curbside only Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 10AM – 2PM. Please email the office with an approximate time and then text us at 724-941-3456 when you arrive. Sorry but no adjustments of glasses will be available during this time.
