With the increased number of cases nationally as well as in our area, we continue to be diligent in helping to control the spread of the virus. Caring for you has always been our top priority, and we feel the measures we have enacted will let us to continue to serve you while minimizing the risk to you as well as our staff.
If you have had recent and direct contact with a COVID-19 positive person or are showing symptoms such as fever, shortness of breath, cough, etc, or feel sick in ANY way, we ask you to avoid entering our office. We can reschedule your exam for a later time.
Some of the strong protocols we continue to implement are:
1.) Our schedule continues to be reduced. This gives us time to adequately clean each surface as well as limit the number of people in the office
2.) Once you enter our office, hand sanitizer is available or you may head to the restroom to wash your hands.
3.) Masks must be worn at all times. If you do not have one, we can provide one.
4.) New patient health histories should continue to be done online at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
5.) We realize having someone accompany you to your appointment is often needed. Please use common sense in deciding who will be joining you.
6.) If you are looking at new glasses, please do not handle any frames unless Janet or Jason are helping you. Any frame that is touched, needs to be set aside and sanitized prior to being returned to the board.
7.) When ordering contact lenses, we continue to encourage home delivery.
8.) Payment of bills can be done in a contactless manner through your cell phone. If you wish to do this, just ask when checking out.
We cannot overstate how much we appreciate your trust in us. We continue to smile under our masks and look forward to a time we can see you smile back.
God bless you and keep you safe!
